Thread: I Got Scamed By 99sel-r Buyer Beware

Hi I Have Purshased Alot Of Items From 99sel-r. But He Has Screwed Me Over Huge. Here Is A List
1. Tsuru Headlights, Blinkers,bumper Fillers, Grill
I Recieved The Older Style Headlights And I Did Not Even Recieve Any Blinkers At All. It Took Him 3 Weeks To Get The Blinkers Here And When They Arrived They Were Chipped Bad. It Looked Like They Just Came Of Someones Car. But Thats Not It He Keep On Saying That They Have Been Shipped But Never Were. Keep Making Excusses. Then There Were No Plugs Or Hardware For Anything.
2. Eyebrows. I Paid For Them But Never Recieved Them Either.
3. Tail Lights Sent The Wrong Ones Again The Same Deal. He Said I Can Keep Them But I Need To Pay More $ For The Right Ones That I Already Paid For. Then He Wanted Me To Ship Out The Tail Lights To Some One Else And I Did But Now He Will Not Refund My $.
4. Tsuru Wing. It Arrived Ok
Still Waiting On The Blinkers And A Refund That He Is Not Giving.
I Am Posting This To Let Anyone Hwo Is Interested In Buying From Him The Experince That I Had And Am Still Having With This Guy. Buyer Beware
I Guess Cause Im A Bit New To The Forum That Hes Allowed To Scam Me Like That
I Have Much More To Tell But Im So Mad Right Now I Think This Will Do.

damn what a looser thi guy is, first of all hes lying on some things, i have never scammed anyone from the forum or anywhere else! I know i take long sometimes to ship stuff out but i have never kept anyones money here on the forum, everyone that knows me , know i keep my word. I did send him the wrong taillights and told him i would get him the right ones, i also told him to keep the wrong taillights to make it up for the lost time which are worth $160 dollars, also hes saying he never received any plugs ,hardware or eyebrow which is another lie.

He never complain about not getting eyebrows,hardware or plugs because he knows he did get them. I also told him that im going to get him a new blinker and refund him the money on the taillights once i get a tracking number and a proof of a receipt so i can refund him the money of shipping for the other tailights.

Also complaning about getting scammed on a tsuru kit which i sold for $309 shihpped to his door. Hes comparing and ebay kit vs an oem kit which he says he could have gotten it for $169 and i told him because its crap and im not selling you crap.

Im tired of writing........................... need some rest.

this guy sounds skecthy he probably saw the ones on ebay and saw the aftermarket price an now wants his money back.. bro by you letting him keep the ""WRONG"" tail lights he could have sold them and got money back... sentra nismo ive done business with 99sel-r and you are full of sh1t. 99sel-r dont sell sh1t to that guy ever again... hes a scum bag

i till this day have all the clips,wires, bulbs that 99sel-r included in his kit he sold me that was more then 309$ all from nissan dealership.. you want blinkers but you also want all this sh1t and get a refund? .............are you smoking rocks?

I told this guy to keep the all red taillights which is sell for $160 and are worth more that the older tailights, the point here is that i want it to fix my mistake but this guy is so impatient that he want things to be done so quickly and tells me that he wants a refund and i told him well if you want a refund then send the taillights to an address that i gave him and once i had a tracking number and proof of receipt i would refund his money. Also he's telling me he shipped the tailights and it cost him $27 and some cents to ship it parcel post which i think its all a lie, priority is usually cheaper than that so i dont believe that, also i would have refund him the money but now hes saying i didnt send him any plugs, harness or eyebrows which is total bs.

A Tsuru kit for $309.00 including shipping, thats not a bad deal.

Including shipping and paypal fee hahaha.

I didn't see you try to resolve this via PM first. Closed and gone!

EDIT: Thread is back, OP said that they have been trying to work this out with 99sel-r

like i said no one is getting scammed here, im posting here so you guys know im not hiding, im giving him a refund on the tailights once i get a tracking number and proof of receipt for the other taillights that i had him shipped. As for the chipped corner light i dont know how it could have gotten chipped since it was well wrapped in thick bubble wrap. One thing i really hate is him trying to lie about not getting the harness,plugs,eyebrows and bumper fillers not fitting right in his car which is total bs, since bumper fillers are oem. Also if he didnt want the headlights which he says are the wrong then why did he go ahead and installed them so i aint taking those back since theyre not not considered new anymore.

I picked up my Tsuru setup as well as the custom grill on my SE-R from 99sel-r. The turn signals weren't in the original box and it did take a little while for them to get to me, but all was taken care of. As a busy man myself, I understand delays. But I also know that from my experience 99sel-r is not a scammer. He is someone I would do business with again.

thats ok i know what hes done to me but if you want to believe then thats cool. i sent him proof of and he still deinies me a refund. im not comparing in to ebay crap may u are. and second i recieved nothing that i orderded and paid for everything is wrong. just cause u guys believe him and are know to him doesnt mean that he didnt ripi me off. im newish to the forum so he thought he could send me different sh!t and i wouldnt notice. he said everything is in stock. but i get different stuff then he says wait hell send right stuff with refund. nothing what a loser i cant wait till he does it to one of u forum guys then maybe youll believe me.
