Thread: poor boy parts (ebay)

So long story short. I ordered Eagle rods from them. They only deliver to confirmed addresses which at the time I was moving so it was my old apartment. I told the office staff I was expecting a package and to hold it so I could pick it up. PBP shipped the rods same day and they arrived at my apartment. They shipped them right back to sender the same day. I informed PBP of the issue and they shipped out another set for me on their dime even before they recieved the package back. This time I caught the package at the fedex station and finally got my hands on them. All in all this is the best experience that Ive ever had with a seller. Period. Not only did they ship them SUPER fast, but they resolved the issue even though they offered to pay for the shipping back to me the SECOND time. AND they responded to every email within half an hour, even on Thanksgiving day.
