It is rust free but yet it has some sports of rust. That means it has rust and is not rust free.

I thought that 1991-94 SERs were not allowed in canada because of the seat belt, well so I heard.

Okay well up here it would be considered rust free there are no holes just a tiny spec of surface rust on the end of the quarterpanel. it was a xe model and I put a sr motor into it.
