Its actually my wife's vacation, I'm still working. For my day job all I need is a good internet connection and my PC to work, so we came down to visit my grandparents for a week (octogenarians with a cable modem, how the world has changed).

I just ran the installer on my New Laptop. I run the calumsult.exe. But all the buttons are greyed out. Version is 0.08b. I don't have it connected to a ecu however. Is that needed for the buttons to activate?

Another question .I have to get a USB to serial cable adapter as my PC does not have a serial port. Any issues running Calumsult with a USB to Serial adapter?

Has anybody tried running calumsult on Vista?

Not having a vista machine, I haven't tested this, but I've heard you need to run it in compatibility mode.

There shouldn't be any issues with a serial-usb adapter. If they are, its probably related to the vista thing.
