Calum R/T ECU for B14
Hey Calum. Tried calling you today but went to a full voicemail.

I would like to purchase a R/T ecu for a VE motor. I am a noob when it comes to ecu's and tuning. I just want a basic setup with the activation switches and no rev limit/govern.

Not to put you in a bind, but when could you have this done? I start school next week and I know that is impossible for you but I can get the car running for a few weeks until I recieve the ECU. LMK!

Thank you.

No one knows for sure when Calum is going to be back.

Your best bet is to find a G20 ecu and slap on your DE inj. That will get rid of the pesky 109mph gov, and let you rev to 75k. Some people prefer the Ve's inj but I personally like the DE's.

As for the activation of the solenoids I used GRANATELLI GM-DWS100 Digital Dual RPM Window Switch . It works great I would have preferred a greddy MSS, but they don't make them anymore and are way too expensive!

Really? Does the Granatelli work good for activating both cams independently? Its sure cheaper than the MSD that activates both cams at same time only.

Best 100 bucks I spent so far, except for my ebay header

It switches the solenoids independent of each other. so you don't have to by two of those BIG MSD boxes. They are freaking sexpensive too.

Hmm I should do a write up of how. It took me about 30 min and some basic hand tools .

Yeah Please do some installation and operation write ups!

If it works and its cheaper, why go with one expensive MSD to activate two cams at the same time or worse yet, two uber expensive MSD boxes to have independent cam activation...and the Greddy MSS is no longer available, so ebay FTW!
