Its a B13 ECU and I set the rev limiter and 5th limiter at 6900rpm and still no cut...

Don't do the 5th limiter.... do the main Rev limiter.

I am waiting on getting some new chips...... I really don't want to re-burn your old chips because I do not know that these are known good chips.... So, if I re-burn them and there is something wrong with them, I get to hear a bunch of crap I don't need(been there :rolleyes
