The damn thing came off while on the freeway! Someone help a brotha out!

That's not possible. There's probably 3 different places in the store to find a fix.

Also try using the steel sleeve in the stock cast iron exhaust manifold and one of the little plugs that SSAC provide for the O2 sensor. If you have those two pieces that makes a perfect fit for the EGR fitting.
