Since I'm driving from AZ, I opted for a good grip and street tire.

Continental ExtremeContact DW. These have 340 Treadlife, BUT this years Modified Magazine Tuner Shootout had contestants run these tires and they actually put down impressive track times along with being streetable. I picked them up through my local tuning shop for about $76 a tire (wholesale cost on the closeout).

I have these on my B14 in a 215/40/17 and love them! I'm thinking of running them at this event. If so, I'll have to pick up some lighter weight wheels though.

install extended wheel studs
brake pads
turn rotors or new rotors
change brake fluid
ES lower control arm bushings
install new Moog ball joints
new outer tie rods
track tires for the SE-L's or new wheels and run Continental Extreme Contact DW's
