So Cal/Los Angeles Peeps: Need help.

What Alternator/Starter shop do you guys recommend. I need to get mine rebuild or just replaced. Point me to the right direction.

Or even if anyone has any spare working alternators let me know.

If its for the B13 you can get one from AutoZone for $80

I can get it rebuilt for about 40-60 bucks, and its the same thing as autozone, I'm just looking out for local shops. Found some just wanted the feedback.

I wouldnt get an autozone one my cuzn got one for his b13 and hade to replace it twice in one month dunno about them or maby the autozone over here sucks lol

Go down to Florence and Main auto parts. I think they charge $35 for a rebuild.

Rockauto has great prices, but autozone and kragen are the easiest to get it warrantied in case u get a shitty one.. I got mine rebuilt at a local little hole in the wall shop my dad recommended to me, 60$ never been happier.. He sandblasted it and everything to make it look like new lol

Mambo's on Western & Gage is great too!
They charged me $50.00 to rebuild the alt on my Tacoma, well 35 +labor & I didnt get my hands dirty either!
