^Aksing 285,000 is a lot......, but yeah I was thinking the same thing on autotrader the other day.

for me its the opposite, prices are going down so is my money lol.

me too thats why i went and bought one. move in next week. also its not that exspensive to get into a house usally 3% down right now. but it also depends on where you live for good house prices

also b15 price are falling through the roof. there soo cheap now. cheaper then some of the b13s mentioned in this thread.
