It is A iacv valve but it is the ficd, the valve next to it is the aacv which is the other iacv.

Didn't mean the auxiliary air control valve but the acc valve, but we are getting off track. if be willing to place a small bet that the ficd is your problem. I could swear the how to post read something to the effect if the jdm ficd not working on the de harness.

I am in Manteca. Just about 10minutes south of Stockton. My house is right off 99. My friend that has a Japanese S14 and any other with G20 GTiR swap will be giving me a hand. You are more then welcome to come on by.
