What does Cat need too to start a new chapter? We be reppin it pretty tough up here in the North West. Do we have to get jumped into the team like a gang initiation? The NW chapter can cover Washington Idaho and Oregon as long as those members from Oregon are rebels and pump their own gas. No sissies in this crew yad I mean.

I am jealous of the park bench crew, but hope to join them soon. Can one be in two crews at the same time?
