The gray one on top is the EGR temp sensor, the middle is for one of the idle air sensor thingies...the VE doesn't use it. I have both those sensors hooked up on both my cars to avoid a CEL. The bottom one is the for the EGR solenoid. I have that hooked up as well. On my P10 I used a vacuum diagram and my old motor to figure how to re-route the vacuum and charcoal canister lines.

You answered your own question...it's purple. Lol. Both the IACV solenoid connection and connector are purple. Well that's if you're using the connector that came with your VE (if it came with one).

Do you have your DE IACV laying around? If you do just match up the DE connectors, then you'll know which one to splice. BTW, the two connectors going to the IACV run together on the harness and one of the connectors is brown.

Check the fuse, you may have blown it. How did you relieve the fuel pressure before you started disconnecting fuel lines?
