so there's the little speaker right behind the driver's seat, it doesn't work. the speakers inside the driver's door don't work. I've got 2 10's but they don't push hardly any low end, i was expecting bowel-rumbling growl. the deck is a DVD/CD made by rockford, i think it's old and doesn't give me much control over the sound. powered by an eclipse amp. super frustrated with it, it's got auxillary channels so i pulled out the thing to see if i could plug my ipod into the back but it only has like 3 connectors and they're all taken. i was expecting the whole red/white-in/out sorta deal.

Are the connectors like square plugs?
What connectors are on the amp?
Sounds like maybe you're only getting head unit power or none to the speakers.

i bet the wires on the back of the speakers fell out

how many watts is the amp and how many channels does it have?

the auxillary channels are for the amp not for your ipod silly goose

if it has a connector for a disc changer you may be able to find an ipod adapter that you can plug in and use your ipod through that
