So the smog guy right next door to me just informed me that due to californias huge debt Ca. State Smog Ref's. have been shut down. Now if you get "REF'ed" you take it to ANY basic smog shop. He said he got a letter and this went into effect 2 days ago.

Good news for any Cal residents not just Socal like the title implies!

I keep one of those in my car. Alot faster than the factory jack when u get a flat tire. Only bad part is I keep it behind me lol.
