I was told it could be a rod knock but it really sounds like its something coming from the head

Anybody know anything about roller rocker motors? Can it be a rocker arm or something?

I don't want to take off the head and find something misplaced and not know what the hell to do it it

Despite the fact that I'm on my fifth SR20, I have no experience with roller motors, since I'm Mexican and poor and have never got to own such a new car.
