The engine didn't start ended up going ve

So, I threw a code this weekend...looks like knock sensor and rear o2(34 and 512). I ordered the sensor, although I doubt it's it and I reset the ecu. The codes haven't come on for the past 4 days. Could it be just a fluke and I'm good to go or change the sensor anyways?

Which sensor did u order? I had the knock sensor go out once, I replaced the sensor and had the code come back, turned out to be the actual wire. Replaced that n I was good to go.

Got a knock sensor from amazon...I'm gonna ohm out the wire this weekend and see if I get high resistance and I'll replace it if I do. Where is the knock sensor on these engines? Do I have to jack the car up? I have a feeling it's on the back side of the block under the oil filter but I'm not sure

So I was tooling around and I figured I'll tackle the exhaust leak that I've been hearing for the past year or so...off to napa I go and got a manifold gasket. Went home and took the heat shield off and it turns out I didn't need a gasket cuz this is the cause of the leak

I took out my exhaust manifold today and it was a pretty easy de-install...all the bolts came out with ease! I'll install the new headers tomorrow. I was gonna swap out my knock sensor but that shit was hard to take out...no access, any tip?
