Thread: State Ref ticket, what now?

what if you sell you car to your relative (title purposes only) and buy it back after a few months? I remember in one forum where a guy trying to sell his car so he won't have to deal with the state ref ticket.

Hadn't thought about that, but I wouldn't want to hassle with that since it would involve having to smog it twice. lol. Which again, if a tech is paying attention, he's going to notice there isn't an EGR system.:o
