1 kg-f/mm is approx 56 lb-f/in.

Believe it or not, kg-f/mm is actually the world standard in motorsport (we're the anomaly out here in the States). It's works out to be a more convenient unit too, because race car spring rates tend to be quite high and a perceptible difference in spring rate is in the order of 5%~10%.
