rear camber question

ok... so this is the question, i've read that the way to adjust rear camber would be with the lower bolts, do i just place thinner bolts? what size would work the best? what angle could y run on negative camber on the back wheels to improve sterring! thanx!!!

you get camber bolts they are thinner but have an ovel shape where it goes in letting you adjust how much camber
