Also looks like you trimmed the inner fender to fit the bars. I can see doing this on a only track car but not a a perfect car that sees a lot of street driving. Still nice to see other options.

I don't understand why you want to cut it it's in the way it has no structural purpose

My friend has this style traction bars ^^ on his civic and ground clearance is definitely an issue, although he has like a 2" drop that certainly isn't helping the situation. He now only puts them on at the drag. Dave

The control arms want to move backward during braking, right? During acceleration you want to prevent the control arm from moving forward, correct? (I think either way, your bars would accomplish this.)

The other way around Ben when you launch the car the control arms get pushed backwards my traction bars prevent them from moving in any direction except for the up-and-down

No offense but I would not cut my inner fenders, it looks like butt and will effect the car to some effect. I do think for a drag only car this is a good option.

Also when you launch the tire/control arm moves forward not back (look up wheel hop on YouTube) you can see it in slow motion. The tire and control arm jumps up and down causing periods of traction during the hop cycle. This in turn causes the tire and suspension to move forward then back.

This is a good example of what happens. Take a good look at 01:55 the integra has a lot of control arm lateral movement. This occurs on our cars also and is one factor in causing wheel hop.
