B13 Progress Rear Bar & CSK's
I thought I had read a long time ago that the Progress rear bar would not work on CSK's for some reason. True or false? I've been searching the forums for hours trying to find any info with no luck.

I have csks in B13 housings with a progress bar with no problem on my car.
The progress bar doesnt mount to the strut anyway so I am not sure what the issue could be.

Some housings and custom housings don't have stock away bar attachment point. Just use stock housings like eggman. Or run the progress bar like we did.

Thank you sir! I haven't been under the car for years so I wasn't sure. I'm using stock housings so I shouldn't have a problem.

what about hitting the shock body like it does using your stock rear shock? It's more of an annoyance thing. The bar is very close to the body and at times, it hits or grinds it. maybe if you use other shock bodies or your fronts, it won't hit?

I had an issue with my progress bar hitting the shock body when I attempted to install it too, as did 'nah-soosah-emem-yeb' @nsusammyeb ...the outside tabs seemed a bit too wide.

I thought this "issue" was the front progress bar can hit the bottom of the CSKs.

That's what is happening with mine but it's the rear progress bar...and they are stock housing CSKs

IIRC, Matt had the same exact issue (maybe a customer's car) and resolved it by using a torch. I believe he said he positioned the bar vertically and used a torch to heat the bottom 'tab' until it angled slightly inward from the weight of the bar above it. Rinse and repeat for the other side.

Maybe he'll chime in to confirm.
