B13 rear strut mounts
As I am about to get started on my B13 suspension re-installation,I want to use brand new rear strut mounts(tophats)

I have all new OEM parts for the front and want to do the same in the rear.
Heres my question...Ebay hads MOOG,KYB,and other aftermarket available and I just wonder what the differences really are.
I really want the Nissan OEM ones, but does anyone have any input on the KYB or MOOG ? are there really any differences from factory on something like this?
I typically would buy anything OEM over aftermarket but KYB and MOOG do make some decent stuff....what do you guys think?
Thanks

I can tell you soon because I did the front OEM hardware on my B13. On my B14, if I ever get around to it, I will buy aftermarket new stuff for the front of that car. I think the rust may change my mind though because my B14 is on its way out.

I literally priced all mounts up from gregv the other day, i'll be ordering them next week.
Rear upper spring plate LH 55265-50y10 $18.42
Rear upper spring plate RH 55264-50y10 $18.42
Rear upper strut mount insulator (same for both sides LH&RH) 55320-50y12 $37.05
$110.94 before taxes.

I am doing all OEM rears as well. I dunno what I need or prices yet but expect a similar thread to the one I made in the Information Library section when I do.

I saw that thread and I was hoping it would have the rear added someday too

I will get on that but I think you will beat me to re-doing the rears first.

I still have to thread up on OEM engine mounts/hardware and the cross member bolts, washers, spacers, and other associated hardware involved.

I guess thats not too bad...at this point since everything else on this setup is BRAND new,I might as well continue the trend, right?

My thoughts exactly,Lol. I was getting ready to setup my agx/hypercoil combo and was hoping to get away with re-using the old mounts but they were far to gone for me to wanna attempt to use them. I had already purchased new front bearing's, spring perchpads and gaskets all around with the agx's from gregv but when i took the old stuff off I thought to myself, Why didn't I just get all new mounts to go along with the rest of it. Cheers Dave

I used KYB strut mounts on my first Hyperco build forever ago and they held up just fine and no issues and I probably had 60k miles on them. I then pulled, sold the setup and that guy ran them for years on his SE-R. They were a lot cheaper than OEM back then so I went that route.
