Update...Found the problem
Swaybar was rubbing the bracket/mount on the car on the drivers side. I removed this bar from another car and installed it the same,so I am not sure what happenned.
Apparently there was supposed to be a washer or spacer
So as you can see..it was "self-clearancing" itself
Added a couple thick washers to move it off the bracket and we are good to go.
