b14 ebrake
I haven't had an ebrake on my car since I got her like 4 years ago. this is on my 98 ga16, however, i swapped rear beams and have a 200 sx ser rear beam on her. i just replace the ebrake cable and adjusted the 10mm nut. For some reason I still don't have an ebrake, it doesn't catch at all. the regular brakes work fine. could it be bad break cables? any help would be appreciated! thanks.

When swapping from the rear Drum to Disc - Did you sway all 3 pieces of the parking brake cable?

Do you mean swap? Yes I did. However I did notice when I pull the ebrake, the part where the parking brake runs to on the caliper doesn't move. I can push it with my hand but it's like the parking brake cable is stretched or something.

odd. ur car is modded tho. My Cable moves freely at the back when pulling the E brake(inside). Make sure you have the brake cable clip at the back for both cables. my old brake set up had no E brake at all but had ,pitted rotors (ugly rusty), good pads, and bad frozen calipers (pitted pistons inside). I replaced them now and get good parking brake feel at 3 clicks with new rear brakes (Calipers, pads and rotors). My friend's G20 had a rusted(missing) cable clip at the rear (half the rear working).

i would need the ebrake cable and the actual cables from the ebrake to the calipers. they were there when i took the parts last time.
