Thread: What are your aftermarket sway bar setups for a B13?

"better" Can be determined upon a few factors, what else is on the car and what are the driver's personal preferences.

The largest advantage of the Progress rear sway bar vs the Whiteline is three-way vs two-way adjust-ability and a larger/thicker bar. 18mm Whiteline vs 22mm Progress. Also, Whiteline uses poly bushings when Progress skips that and goes right to good old heim joints.

More options and larger roll stiffness can help or hurt depending upon the first part of this post.

I just replaced my whiteline with a progress this week and it is a noticeable difference.....both were set on full stiff.Keep in mind I drive 75-100 miles a day on curvy backroads so I have had a pretty good amount of time to compare..
The Progress is more of a PITA to install ,but its worth it IMO.

Yeah, that's the purpose of me starting this thread cuz I wanna know what other peoples settings are and see what they have to say about their settings

My old B13's setup was my favorite track day setup:

- stock front sway bar
- rear Progress sway bar at middle setting
- GTIR Tein HA coilovers with "softer" springs. (can't remember the spring rates I ran though)

I ran a few autoxs and one track day with that setup and I thought it was perfect with a fun amount of brake oversteer.
