Wheel questions

So did some thread searching and cannot find anything concrete. I would like to know what offset and hub diameter I would need to run a set of 15x7 wheels on a b13. Any help is appreciated, also opinions on this wheel would be appreciated as well

+35 is the perfect offset

Yes - however you can get hub centric rings to take care of the problem.

I am aware they make hub centric rings, i am not certain as to why they would be needed on se-r because i was under the impression they were not...... Can anyone shed some light
