I had the same problem as you.....It takes some effort, but the ps line will come loose. As far as the cruise goes, had to cut the bracket some, but it is in the oem location... Mike

I got the C.C. out of the way, now I just need to get the PS lines clear of the bar.

bit off topic but what motor is that in the pic with the blue vc? IM looks very strange.

98/99 lowports have CA emissions crap on them. I believe he painted the vc himself.

on topic. I bent my ps hose a bit to make it fit and moved the bracket.
