Thread: 200sx SE-R Front Wheel Hub

I need to get one of these quick. The metal that the inside race wore down on mine to the point that a new wheel bearing won't press on... just slips on and off.. :/ I can't find the damned thing at any part stores. The local pick and pull hardly ever has 2.0 200sx's... Can I get one of these off of a G20 for my car? It's a 1996.

You can use any B13 or B14 hub 1.6 and 2.0.

No P chassis or B15 will work.

So the spindle size and everything is same between the 1.6 and 2.0??? Why am I told that I have to get axes for a 2.0 then?

Part Numbers for Axles... looks like the B13&B14 w/ SR20's take the same ones... 1.6 are shared across the models as well...

Axles are different because of the tranny(mainly), but if you pull (lets say) a B13 1.6 hub it will work on a 2.0 B14 auto or 5speed doesnt matter.


You may get different part numbers because of the dust shields being different sizes.?

Okay... Got smart with the search and looked up the wheel bearing part numbers instead. Didn't think about the tranny side of axles being the only difference between 1.6 and 2.0.

Wheel bearing part numbers match, meaning both the diameter of the spindle (bearing) insert and the outside diameter of the hub are the same.

I'll go ahead and pull one from a 1.6 and try to match it up. I hope I can find one with a half-way decent bearing to last me at least a week or two to replace it.
