Bump steer should be and feel identical.
Torque steer is a bit more complicated, and can have many factors, but it too should be and feel very similar as none of the direct causes are steering-ratio dependent. To be more technical, the overlapping tread style of torque steer will be identical, but the jacking steering inputs produced by a sub-optimal scrub radius will feel different behind the wheel, being more pronounced with a slower rack ratio.
