I dont want much more than 1" (2.5cm) lower. Its not good idea on "stock" B6 Bilstein.

Then I think those rate would be pretty good. but, that is my opinion. Tein lowering springs are 3.3/4.4

I run 6k front and 7k rear on my B15 and it's still fairly rough for daily driving and this is with fairly good Virginia roads. I was suffering with 7k front/back in Atlanta...

On my P11 I run B&G springs with Bilstein monotube shocks and it's a very good overall feel. B&G's are progressive thus there are no published spring rates. I do think 5k/4k will be fairly decent if you run good springs like SWIFT's.
