BUMP! so today i went to my mechanic and got the passenger side bearing ( new timken) and hub(new doorman) replaced and my driver side axle replaced (empi) , now i was driving on the freeway and 1. my car sounds like an RC / electric car now , its noticeable when i accelerate and decelerate , it kinda always did but got a bit louder now , also my car usually pulled to one side but now the car pulls to the left a little strong , i'm going straight and the steering wheel is turned at least towards 2 o clock maybe three ... thoughts ? i'll post a vid if requested .

You need to do an alignment for starters. I doubt it'll help with the noise though.

besides needing an alignment like some have said, as far as the car pulling it could be a sticking brake caliper. check your bushings/ball joint things like that.

new axle or just replace this part ? what is this part called?

when i went to my mechanic to replace the other axle (driver ) and passenger side wheel bearing , he said the one above (passenger )was good ... i had asked him if it was good , about a week later i noticed something in my inner rim , today i finally take pictures/

The boot is ripped, replace the boot or replace the axle. Your choice.

Outside ones are way easier than inside ones. And if you have the right tools, you can replace the boot without ever disconnecting the outer edge of the CV joint.

this is the outter boot correct ?

Yes.

Although just replacing the outer boot won't repair the noise...it could just be a torn boot as Kyle mentioned but you could also have another bad wheel bearing.

easy to check jack the car up and try and shake the wheel with hands on both sides of the wheel. it moves its bad if its rock solid and not moving its good

That is true, a simple check. Although the last wheel bearing I replaced seemed rock solid using this method...raising the car (both fronts) and letting the wheels free spin made it obvious by the 'growl'. Also, my bad outer CV joints have usually started with a slight clicking sound when turning. Hope this helps.
