Thread: installing gc sleeves

Having some issues with my gc sleeves on my b14. i've tried to read about them and cant really find a thread exacty about my issue. The front springs pop whenevr i turn and they do have the chrome plates up top. Also i was wondering if the taller springs go fornt/back? along with the taller thread sleeve. Thanks
