If you run a front swaybar, ES bushings for the bar and the end links help with response without adding more stiffness.
The rear panhard bar and poly trailing arm bushings don't add much, if any, NVH. At least, not compared to poly engine mounts. I still have one nagging rattle on the right rear when the car goes over bumps. Must wait now until it comes back from the body shop.
When I replaced my rear AGX's, I looked closely at my Hyperco's. They showed no signs of spring binding (coils compressed on each other). That means the spring rate will be progressively stiffer throughout all the normal suspension travel on our cars.
The spring design formula is: Force (or weight ) = k (spring constant) * X (deflection). With progressive springs, k is not a constant. It increases with force (cornering weight transfer) and/or deflection (bumps).

And yes, silly progressiveness. I dislike the springs, make it impossible to predict behavior of bump and rebound in extreme cornering, in my opinion.

On the plus side, the Hypercos paired with the Konis are meeting my requirements with regards to ride comfort. Minus not having the panhard, I feel my SE-L is about as good as it gets for a street/track setup. More power would be nice, but that's really just a matter of time and/or money.

Hank, are you using Koni reds in the rear?

What do you mean with tein front springs frankensteined on there? Like Tein S-tech/H-tech front springs are on the rear shocks?

like the rear tein basic is tapered 2.5-3.5 and the front isn't.

Since I wanted to see what a stiffer spring would be like, I used the Tein basic rear coilover and put the front spring from the blown front Tein coilover on there. And yes the rear mount is designed for a 3.5" coil. But if you use the Tein upper perch from the fronts on top of the spring, they work. The biggest issue that would keep most folks from doing this would be ride height. The lower perch is almost as far down as it goes. I'm at about stock ride height, give or take. Since I already had the coilovers, I figured why not give it a try. It's better than it was and it cost me nothing but a little time and effort.

Are Tein Basic's for B14's not the same spring rates front and back like B15's? On B15's it's pointless to do that because they are both 330lbs.

Hank I got my 330lbs swift springs in for the front. I will leave 400lbs springs in the back. Hoping to install tonight to see how car does with 60lbs softer fronts.
