Thread: Weld-on Coil-over Spring Perches

I'm trying to locate a set of weld-on perches for my suspension setup. I called Ground Control and they aren't playing very nice. They stated that they don't sell just a weld on perch by itself. Apparently they want you spend money on 'ish' you don't need. Does anyone know where I can get a set? I've seen some steel ones on ebay but I'm not too sure. I figured let me ask first.

try Techno Toy Tuning they used to have them.

Those are the guys I found on Ebay selling them. If those are okay to use then I'd get it from there.

do you need them for the 1.8" or 2" housing?

I'm using '96 maxima housings and they 'mic'd' at 1.99 so I'll say 2" housings.

Resurrecting this old thread to say that Techno Toy Tuning still carries these perches. They have them in both 1.8'' and 2.0''. Their website only shows the 2.0, but they have/can make the 1.8. You just need to contact them.

it may not be worth doing, since its so cheap, but go get a xxx thick sheet of steel at home depot or your weld guy and cut a ring w/ a 2.0" ID and xxx OD and weld it on.
