I think it is a MC issue, because i talked to the previous owner and he told me he removed something from the MC to get more presure to the rear brakes... it is probably that...

Sounds like he removed the proportioning valve(s) from the MC. Good luck hunting down a replacement?
Need to start hunting for Altimas in the salvage yard.

Do you guys know where can i find a new U13 MC? i mean, its easier for me to get a new one than to start looking for parts... or should i make it more easy and get a willwood proportioning valve? I think that would solve the problems...

Any ideas?

Check and make sure 100% that you're missing one or more proportioning valves on your setup. Compare yours to the pics I posted above. If you are missing valves, then go ahead and get a new one. I woulld recommend you get it from Greg Vogel at G Spec Performance
Give him a call if you don't find it on the web site to order.

I bought my last oem u13 mc off ebay. Gspec and rock auto are also good sources.

He's also using the right rotors, the b13 guys use the 92 style maxima rear rotors. While the b14 guys have to use the 95 and up rear rotors

If by "right" you mean that they fit? Because bias-wise it seems like a non-starter.
