Both excellent wheels. I would have gone with the RPF-1's but the 15's wouldn't clear my wilwood calipers. The 949's weren't out at that point (or at least not on my radar), so I went Rota. If you already have the RPF-1's, I don't see much reason to switch. Maybe get a set of 949's with track meat for the track days and DD the Enkei's?

225 eh? Thats what I could love to run, how that with the 15x8? I'm guessing rolling the fender is a must and not running inner wheel well plastic is what would need to happen, I'm running Ksport kontrol's

It's a toss up to me, if you already have coilovers. Do you want less unsprung weight on each corner (RPF 1) or 20mm more tire (949). I'd say if you're boosted, go with more meat to help control the torque. If you're N/A, go with less weight because torque isn't as much an issue. If you don't drive the snot out of it though, stay with the RPF 1 and a sticky tire.

I really like my 949 Racing wheels, and I do own a set of the RPF1s as well. Dollar for dollar go with the 949 as I just looked up on the Tire Rack website that the RPF1 wheels are close to 225 for the 15x7 in black...

Will the 15x8 +36 offset 949s clear progress coilovers on a b13? And do these need the fenders pulled? Or just rolled? I'm in a wheel debate myself.

I am pretty sure thats what Joe was running on sunny for a bit.hit him up...I think they fit even before the coilovers were modded.

Will definitely fit, but will have to hammer in the inner lips of the wheel well. I didn't do any fender rolling.
