Are rear cross drilled/slotted rotors worth it ?
For stock rear disc brakes for a B13 or B14. I already have the G-spec fronts (also w/ NX2K brake upgrade) and need to put new rear pads on the '92 VE so I will be doing it anyway. Anyone?

the rears typically don't get hot enough to generate the massive amounts of gases that you see with the front brakes. It depends more on pad material really, but i haven't found a reason to go to slotted rear rotors. You would be better off upgrading to maxima rear calipers and solid rotors for the rear. That gets you more pad/rotor surface area to dissipate heat better and increase friction surface for better overall braking.

Thanks Brent. I'll go check the Maxima forums and see if anyone has any used ones for sale.

P10 G20 rears are the same with the correct e brake dogears FYI. Just did mine today. With nx frts and a u13 master.

Maxima rears have correct e brake connection also. You just have to get the correct year.

Have you checked junk yards? I got mine for $28 then a U13 MC for $15 then bought r1 concepts rotors.
