@Vadim, what tires and size are you using? it could be the sidewall is soft and rolling even more. too much camber will cost you traction for acceleration and deceleration and the 15mm arms are just at that point for me and I use 255 width tires. If you have spare arms then it makes sense to try it out, but stiffer front springs may also be the better way to go

Running 225/45/17 Cooper RS3-S's, They are already scrubbing against the engine compartment so going any wider would not be good.

How much static camber did you get? How much lower then stock are you? I'm only getting -1.3* at 1" lower then stock with Cusco's, that's why at my height I can go shorter arms. If your way lower, then that would explain why your loosing traction in braking.

Ye it is not easy to fit 255 tires in these cars, I have a bit of rubbing as well and i am using a 20mm spacer. I am not sure of the camber but i am about 2.5" from stock, the wheels and tire size raises the car higher from the ground but suspension is way low. I forgot your car is not that low, could be worth it. I will never know until you try it so give it a go.

That why i dont shy away from trying something new or different.

Thing is, unless you start restoring the geometry your doing a lot of bad when going that low. Front you can correct with taller ball joints (though we have to find which ones will work still), rear is where it gets funky.

The beam arms start pointing up when you lower, then then start pointing up roll steering starts becoming a bigger issue. See this mustang motoiq article.

Another excellent explanation:

So I installed the stock UCA but was having some problems, as they were not new the bushings were slightly worn causing some shaking when accelerating. So the modified ones went back to the modified UCA. I

I will be modifying my LCA at some point with a 3/4" spherical bearing and drill out the taper from the spindles to correct the roll centre and weld on a 3/4" heim joint to replace the forward bushing and have some adjustability there for camber. So hopefully by end of this year my roll centre all around should be decent and for next year I can switch to stickier tires to be competitive in the higher classes.

BTW, the last event my times was up there with the other unlimited class who mainly run on r888. I was the only street class car to be faster than an unlimited car. Here are the times:

Image is broken. Congrats on ranking that high, that's awesome!

Also, what offset and tire width you running? My 7.5" +40, 225/45/17 tires are rubbing against the engine bay's wall and transmission

front setup: 17x8 +17 255/40/17 (slight rubbing same place as you). rear setup: 17x7.5 +31 245/40/17
I have been upping the rear size every year and I feel now that I can run a square setup with 255 all around. this will save me money as I can just swap front to rear when tires are worn down. Still have tons of rotation with the 245 and with simple setup change even more can be dialed in if needed.

Below is from the timing sheet incase the picture is still not working(works for me)

I just measured my static camber and i have -3.5*~ camber. Did not realize that it was soo much which is good but not for acceleration and braking. Need to do the Roll Centre adjuster for the LCA and go back to stock arms. Maybe for 2017 start.

That is a bunch of camber, You probably will be at -2.5 with stock arms, which is probably perfect.

I did fit stock arms before but the bushing were shot but the camber did visually look like less than 2.5. Stock UCA and roll centre adjustment is the way to go I feel. I may even re-install my front sway bar and extend the mounting point to soften it even more than stock. So hopefully should have 3 point to adjust, Soft, Stock and stiffer than stock. Its noce to be able to change the sway bar mounting point to change the feel.
