Who likes 11" rotors on the rear of an B13...
Is it crazy to put large rotors all around the B13 chassis or just bad ass....

I think it's just bad ass. For now I'm sticking with the rear discs being 11inches, and then the fronts will eventually be larger when I find a set of Evo Brembo front brakes to fit on it.

So for now 11 inch rotors all around, running a 15/16 inch SE-R brake master cylinder

Rears are 2001 I30 rear calipers and rotors and made a bracket for the stock e-brake cables routed from the center and then splitting off to the calipers instead of going along the frame rails.

Fronts are a complete B15 SE-R calipers with maxima rotors.

I am running 11" on the rear of my p10. I used the J30 Caliper bracket and then the P10 caliper. I am running N16 Pulsar disks. But there are several models of nissans that are 11" some are 5 lug so would need redrill.

I am also running Skyline R32 GTR Front calipers (4 piston) with 11.7" Rotors with a HJ30 1" Master cylinder.

Cool, looks better with the 11ich ya? I'm five lug... Complete B15 front knuckles.

Does the HJ30 master have 4 ports on it ?

I am RHD so its a bit different, Its a two port and was a bolt on to the p10.

I may do 5 lug later. The VET engine is more important to me atm

Only reason I did it was because the newer sealed wheel bearings are much better on the B15 than the B13s older style bearings. Oh I also have a VE-T engine in the works as well. Pics being posted tomorrow of assembly process in another thread. Simple setup only for this engine since gearbox can only take so much abuse.

I am also awd so the 5 lug conversion is a lot different for me haha

To put on 11" rear rotors because it "looks bad-ass" is the definition of rice. You've increased both your un-sprung weight and your stopping distances. A lose-lose proposition. Now your car both handles worse and takes longer to stop.

Further, with 11" front and rear rotors, with a MC designed for larger front discs with smaller rear discs (not to mention different and smaller calipers), it is definitely - no question whatsoever, throwing off your proportioning and bias. An SE-R with a properly working stock system will out-brake you, all day, every day.

Proportioning and bias are key.

Yeah, you're crazy. And not in a good way.

Read and educate yourself.

I went from standard to, 11" fronts & twin piston calipers and noticed a difference. Then went to GTR fronts with 11" rears and noticed a difference again. Maybe its different with the p10 braking system.

I think it's not a good idea. I have seen friends' FWD cars with too big rear discs spin under sudden hard braking before.
