Thread: noise

im getting a strange noise coming from the front passanger side of my b13 anytime i hit any sort of bump. its like loose washers jingling on a bolt. i cant figure out what it is!

I wouldd say you should be looking for a loose bolt with washers on it....LOL...J/K

Have you looked at the axle nut/cotterpin ?
That crown cap thing that goes over the nut will sound like that.I have had that issue a couple times.

Be sure to check the sway bar end links...I had a similar sound when the lower bushing crystalized and it was metal to metal...

sway link are fine/ new. same with bushings. axle nut is tight and cotter pin doesnt move. im at a loss here
