MCA Suspension Coilovers
G'day everyone,
Thought i'd throw this up for any interested parties/more serious racers.
Just had word from MCA Supension over here in Australia that they will finally be producing off-the-shelf coilover kits in the not too distant future.
They have just been released so I will update this with full specs/details as they come to light.
Street Spec - $1600 AUD.
Competition Spec* - $2400 AUD.
*custom spring rates/valving to suit (within a certain degree)
The coilovers are suited for circuit, drift, time attack, street, hillclimb, targa and similar.
Unfortunately, to begin with they are only producing kits for these models: Silvia S13-S15, Skyline R33 and R34 GTR, Impreza GC8, Lancer Evo 4-9 and FT86/BRZ.
BUT!, I was just having a chat to one of the owners and there maybe some scope in the future to have these coilovers designed to suit the NX/B13/Sentra/N14 chassis.
Some people will argue that they are too expensive and that's fine. But just remember with coilovers, you get what you pay for.
These guys are the best in the business in Australia and have been doing it for a looooong time. Usually only producing bespoke coilover/suspension setups, they have now ventured into the more affordable tuner market.
MCA Suspension
Cars running MCA Suspension...
1st, 2nd, 3rd at WTAC 2012
MCA S13 - 3rd Position outright at World Time Attack Challenge 2012
Tilton Interiors Evo - 2nd Outright WTAC 2012
And the now infamous Nemo-Racing Evo - 1st Outright WTAC 2012
Countless championship winning Rally cars and I swear half of the Australian field at World Time Attack was running MCA gear so the list goes on...
Anyway, thought some of you may be interested.
As I said, If people want I can keep this up to date as more details arise and with the potential of getting these made for some of our cars.
Cheers!
