I will agree with this statement, with the caveat that the CSK/Hyperco combo may not be needed, but it is certainly noticeably superior to the AGX/Hyperco combination. It is so much more comfortable, while still feeling utterly planted, that I was pretty amazed when I upgraded. A younger man with less chronic injuries may not care, but damn I love the comfort of the CSK's.

Coming from someone who just set a chiropractor appointment for tomorrow at 10:30am.

I have 22-way adjustable Teins as well on my B14, they are pretty sweet. I had a previous B14 with KYB AGX/Eibach combo and this handles better

I'd love to log the difference. I'm betting that turn in is better, but steady state will give up some grip. For a DD Street car, this isn't really a bad thing.

Bars really are the devil. In a perfect world you wouldn't use them at all, but this is not a perfect world. In the fight of bar vs rate, it all comes down to the comprimise. /nerdiness

I love my CSK/Hypercos on the B13.Huge difference from AGX.
As for this B14 I think I am gonna go the cheap way,cut a front coil, and unhook the front bar .
I just want to level the rocketship look out a little, and take away some plowage, lol.
If it works ok, I will just remove the front bar entirely.
Its a 1.6 so any weight reduction is a bonus. Its gonna be hard to drive this thing without an sr20 under the hood.I am going to try to make it comfortable, and see what kind of mileage I can pull out of her.
Of course just a couple personal mods here and there, but nothing special.

On a stock beam, I run the same size tire pressures all around.

If you have AGX or something adjustable, stiffen the rear more than the front. That car will rotate better but nothing will be exciting.

Jay, unless you're going to be road coursing, autocrossing, or dropping a 2.0 in don't bother with upgrading the suspension. Just stick to your cut coil.

As was stated by someone else, I did it to get some of the understeer out of it. The other reason was to soften up the ride a little. Cutting a coil off makes the front ride a little stiffer. Taking the bar off counter acts that somewhat.

Until I get extra coin for a proper setup, my ghetto fabulous suspension will have to do.
