Here's the reply he e-mailed to me today.
"Dear NI SER-1,
I don't have any thing that guarantees that this are nismo, I'm just trying to sell this as is, I don't have use for this anymore."
I noticed his listing still states "no questions asked". I guess he figured my question wasn't one that anyone else would be interested in.
