Is your rear beam bent?

Also if you do the Spec V rear beam you need to increase rear spring rates quite a bit. Having driven the Dog car with a bent Spec V rear beam it ran stiffer rear springs than fronts by about 25% or so. Without that the car exhibited more understeer.

The beam is not holding me back right now, the car not running is . Reason I'm starting to explore new options is, my P11 was fine at first, but after my shocks and springs got worn it it's way too bouncy and a bit sporadic. I do have S-tech's so they are now finally what everyone says they are, soft and now bouncy. I have some B&G's on the way, hopefully they wont be as stiff as Eibach's where.

Nope, both are at 0.15 toe in though, P11's and B15's got the better ugly stick with beams.

Don't even do ANYTHING until you have it bent... What rear bar do you have? Also I would not do solid bushings either, I have discussed this with several people and there was some theoretical talk about the linkage needing the movement the rubber bushings provide. With a bent rear beam and a Still rear bar (they make the largest one) I could get my car to rotate pretty well for being a very simple setup.

I was contemplating on driving the car down to Georgia and getting the Panhard link installed and getting them to zero out the toe for $75 extra (not a bad price at all).

The bushings that were spoken off where the beam arm mounts aka the ones that mount way in front of the shocks, not in the middle. Bushings for the Scott-Russell link is a big no no, we don't need more binding there.

On my P11 I have an Addaco bar, B15 has a Nismo bar. Both are not real swaybars imo. They just reinforce the beam but don't mount outside of the beam. Tomorrow I should be receiving a B15 Whiteline bar, this one is far superior to anything that was sold on this side of the world.

Who is going to bend your beam for you? It really isn't a complicated matter, but it is easy to mess up (since you have to over-bend the beam and it will spring back to 0 toe).

If I decide to drive down then 2JRacing would do it. If I decide to make my own, then I'll leave it be for now.

I really should find someone with a IRS and try a car with 0 toe in the back. Right now I feel like the car handling issue is because of high roll center in the rear. Front squats down while the rear raises and it's pulling to the opposite side of the turn.

I LOVE Whiteline stuff! In this case I think the Stillen bar and the Progress bars have a slight advantage. They have shorter mounting arms making for a stiffer bar.

What venue's are you racing in and what experience seat/time do you have.

That's a good point, I wonder why whiteline didn't want to let you mount it on the arms. It's the only bar I've found that actually uses an external mounting point.

I did see a slight improvement when I installed my Addco bar, but still it was too minor since it just reinforced the beam against the beam, not against a solid external point.
