Master cylinder too small
Hi guys I need some help, I made my own brake kit with some wilwoods, my car is a non ser model, and I don't have any brake pressure! tonight we adjusted the brake booster and we got brake bind and the pedal feel was still not satisfactory. I was reading some old threads looking for information but I am not clear on what the standard ser brake cylinder looks like as they are very few on the island we drive RHD cars which also complicates the issue because the lines are on the other side . My master cylinder has 4 lines and my car does not use abs, anybody has any input that can help me out?

I think with the wilwoods you need to use the altima MC. Im no authority on the issue, but I think the fast brakes kit uses the altima one as well.

I know the RHD 4wd N15 Pulsar has the 4 port 15/16 master cylinder, you might have to convert to the 2 port if you can't find one. The RHD 2 port cylinder is much easier to find (I have several spare) You could also use the 1" cylinder as well.

You basically need a doner car. Swap all the lines from the engine bay as well as the balancer and ABS. (or you can remove the abs)

Haven't tried that, we normally convert to the two port.

I got a U13 master cylinder today, the pedal feels allot better but not good enough. I have to do some adjustment to the brake booster. I have a long dead spot and then sharp brakes about half way down. Is there any other way to adjust the booster aside from the little rod on the shaft?
