Is there any scoring on the rotors?
There would be a ring going around the rotor like something is digging into it?
Pics?

@kc

i mean, im going back and check the rotor again. Before I changed my rotor a year ago it has this sound but it didn't go away so I ruled it out. By the way, I swapped the rotor to the passenger side to see if the sound follows but no it did not.

@xonix

rotor is still smooth..

is it possible that the rotor is warped even if its still has a smooth surface?

Still think it could be a wheel bearing.

Are your flexible brake lines secured out of the way of the tire/wheel?
Sometimes when a loose hydraulic line is pressurized it can flex a little and could press up against a wheel or tire that is spinning.

If its not any of that then I would take it to a pro. No sense in making it worse by driving on it.

But to answer your question yes. A rotor does not have to be obviously warped to cause problems. There are relatively low tolerances at play so even a slight amount of warping could cause it.

Heres what i would do jack the front of the car up (both wheels off the ground ) remove the front suspected wheel and place two lug nuts back on to secure the rotor then have a freind put it second gear bring it up to speed then slowly apply the brake checking for the noise . Also did you jack up and checj the front end ball joints, tierods , "WHEEL BEARING" ? And I'm assuming the calipers slide bolts are Sliding free and greased ? Also have you checked your axle nut to make sure its tight. Just a few things i would recomend

I have one more shot in the dark possibility for you. If you have after market wheels make sure you are not hitting anything when applying the brakes. Just had an after thought after my last post to this question.

I'll try to replace the wheel bearing. After that, ill check the cv joint the outer cv boots and have it repacked because the boots is in half already.

I'll update you guys once its done.
