Lower arm, cross threaded lower arm bolt to chassis
Any ideas how I can fix it or do I need to replace the sub frame?

so on the rear i only have one bolt holding it on, seems firm enough.

should i wait to fix the other bolt before getting an alignment because it pulls to the side like hell.

You have one bolt holding the rear part of the control arm in and you're considering driving it that way? Dude, it's time to get clean and sober.

Retap the hole and get a new bolt in there, asap. If you have to use inserts or go up a bolt size, then whatever.

You should really fix it, like ahmmerin hank said. I wouldn't align it until the suspension is properly in place and nothing is going to move, or else you will have just waitsted money.
