I had the idea if I ran a spacer it would push my b14s closer to the fender and away from rubbing springs and strut sorry for noob question guys I'm sure this has been frequently asked.

Do not try to run a 10mm spacer. It doesn't work. You lose the hub-centering.

OP your goals and limitations seem a bit problematic. I think you've also gotten some unclear advice.

The 15x8 +25 wheels will be outboard too much for what you want. You won't have any strut clearance issues as mentioned, but it will poke just a tiny bit I think. So they are out.

You could however fit some tires with more sidewall on a wider wheel. The stretch will help you avoid the spring perch. If you want that tall of a sidewall though, I don't think you're going to be able to go any wider than a 195 tire without some really perfect wheels and offset.

Just get the 195/55/15 tires again?

The thing is, you're not rubbing against the strut body I don't think. I'm pretty sure you're rubbing against the bottom of the spring perch. If you put a 5mm spacer on you might only gain 1mm or less of clearance because of the way the spring perch angles out. Your problem is that huge sidewall you're insisting on.

Have you see the sidewall on a 205/50/15 tire? Are you sure it is not enough?

No I want a wider tire I don't rub at all with 195 but it looks like my tires belong on a smart car.

So how much bigger are the 205/50 15 over the 195/55?
What tire size do you run?

No I haven't I just don't want that low profile look I like more tire instead of rim. I'm buying the tires today but dntvwant to pay the 20 extra to able to return them.

I have Dunlop Star Specs in 205/50/15 mounted on B14 wheels, with Hyperco springs and AGX struts.

Prior to that I had....Fuzions in the same size, 205/50/15.

Fits perfect. No rubbing, no spacers, no poke, no fender rolling, no issues.

There you go.
Do that.

I like a good bit of sidewall too. We are on the same page. IMO the 205/50/15 tire looks just great, and does not have that "low profile" tire look. Those will fit without rubbing. Check out the B14 picture thread for examples. TONS of people run this size.

What size do I have? I have 225/45/15, but that's not likely going to fit for you without the correct wheels, correct offset, and fender rolling (in the rear).
