OT, but is that tape on the headlights? If it is, that's funny.

Real vs Fake Wheels debate #2. - JDM Chicago-Japanese Car Community I'm not saying this is going to happen to you, but it is a possibility.
I would suggest getting the 6UL's that BenFenner suggested.
But just like other's have said, if you switch to coilovers, you can run 225's fairly easy.

I read the whole thread and I must say I didn't see any evidence that XXR wheel is crap. XXR's are certified wheels unlike some other company's. About Us the stamp is on every wheel. No doubt something happen but who knows? Could have been the magic bullet that killed Kennedy went into the future and hit the wheel as she was driving down the road lol.l

Fixed that for you. Their modular wheels are around $600 each and their monoblocks pull about $700 a piece. It is quite hard to find a wheel that sells for around $1,000 a piece these days...

I always thought the tape was to prevent your headlights from becoming debris themselves. They may break, but at least they don't fling debris all over the track for everyone else to have to deal with?

Your not looking hard enough. Volk racing wheels get up there easily.

We weren't talking about Volks, now were we? I didn't say it was impossible.

I'm sure there are others but I'm no JDM or Euro wheel whore.

I would also recommend going with 949's because I would think they will be lighter than both wheels you posted. Also they are pretty great wheels, but like just about every other wheel you can break them if you drive them hard enough.
